Systems, not workouts.
I don't believe in exercising or workouts. I believe in perfecting biomechanics and mastering systems. Every drill, lift, sprint, and progression has a specific function. If it doesn't improve a system that transfers to sport, it doesn't belong in my program.

Serious athletes, in every sport, at every stage.
I train athletes in person in Buffalo, in small groups, and online anywhere.
Young athletes build the foundation: stability, posture, balance, and mobility.
Teenage athletes build the habits: training, sleep, and nutrition routines, discipline over motivation.
College and pro athletes sharpen the edge and protect the body that carries it.
What every athlete here has in common isn't a level. It's a decision. You don't need to be elite to start. You need to be willing to work like you intend to become it.

Mentorship
Training develops the athlete. Mentorship develops the person. I co-founded Virtus Athlete with three athletes I've trained — Joey Muldowney, Patrick Geary, and Liam Lesakowski — to pair young athletes with current Division I and professional athletes who have been where they are.

I grew up playing hockey, ran track and cross-country in college, and studied muscle physiology, kinesiology, and energy utilization. Early on I realized knowledge alone doesn't build elite athletes. It only matters for athletes who are intrinsically driven and as committed to their recovery as to their training. So I tested it on myself as a professional strongman. Those years taught me what no textbook could: the body only rewards the work you actually do.
Anything you do is everything you do.
Be the hardest worker. Be the one willing to grind longer. Be the most prepared person in the room. Grades, nutrition, sleep, mobility, preparation — these are elite behaviors, and they show up in your performance whether anyone is watching or not.
I teach process over results. An athlete who chases the outcome is chasing something they can't control: the scoreboard, the scout, the roster spot. An athlete who commits to the process controls the only thing that was ever theirs to control, and the results follow anyway.
That standard comes with care. When an athlete invests, I invest right back — the same effort, matched. High standards without individual care burn people out. The two go together.
